Wine Sense 101
Need help making sense out of wine? Wyldewood Cellars offers a class just for that! The class will be taught by the first International Wine Judge in Kansas and owner of Wyldewood Cellars,
Dr. John Brewer. Dr. Brewer will be going over items such as what to look for in a "good" wine, and things to avoid in a "bad" wine, as well as pairing wine with food, and terms associated with wine. Wine Making Class
Learn the fundamentals of making wine in three courses. We'll show you the basics including mixing and yeasting, finishing the wine, and bottling. We offer the classes as a package cost or take the classes at your own pace individually. 316-554-9463

2nd Course - Finishing the Wine - $30
3rd Course - Bottling the Wine - $30

Kits - $75 - 1 kit makes 5 gallons of wine which is 25 bottles
